Krav Maga South Coast Kids Classes, for ages 5-12, are a fun way for children to learn this authentic Israeli Marital Art. We teach our children how to be safe and how to protect themselves in a variety of situations such as abductions and bullying.
Our classes are designed to be fun and dynamic, while improving their coordination, flexibility, and physical fitness. We simply use Krav Maga as a tool to teach children important life skills that will follow them through the rest of their lives.
In this program, students begin to see the physical fitness rewards that come from practicing all the techniques they have learned. This program ultimately helps develop the confidence our children need to overcome any challenge they meet by getting them in the best shape of their lives.
